Description
This is a BRAND NEW blower motor for a Intertherm/Nordyne/Miller Air Handler/Furnace. This Motor has a belly band included from the factory (replaces old motors with "Ears" riveted on the side of the motor body). It's 1/5 HP 115 volts 1075 RPM. The motor is 5-5/8 in diameter. The Intertherm/Nordyne/Miller part number is 622239 (also 902126) & the A.O.Smith # is F48X33A78. Motor wires go into a 6-pin connector that can be used or cut off.
Function:
An electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. In an HVAC system, motors typically turn the air conditioning fan blade and the furnace blower motor. Newer high efficient motors, such as X13 and ECM motors, have "end caps" that control the motor speeds. These can be removed and replaced separately.
