Description

This is a Brand New Upgraded Carrier Bryant Payne 4-speed furnace blower motor. It is 3/4 HP, 1075 RPM and if the shaft is facing up, as seen in the picture, rotation is clockwise. Thanks for looking and good luck!
Function:
An electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. In an HVAC system, motors typically turn the air conditioning fan blade and the furnace blower motor. Newer high efficient motors, such as X13 and ECM motors, have "end caps" that control the motor speeds. These can be removed and replaced separately.

    Perfect replacement motor

    The Genelec 4 speed replacement motor for our 25 year old furnace blower fit absolutely perfectly. Right size, shaft length, power and speeds. When it first came on after installation it was so quiet (compared to the old motor which was dying) that I hardly noticed it. The quality looks every bit as good as the original GE motor, too. Plus, the price from North American HVAC was almost $100 less than anyone else's. I ordered it for overnight delivery and it came the next morning, which was a good thing because we were getting cold after two days without heat. I (and my wife) are very happy campers.
