This is a BRAND NEW Aftermarket A.O.Smith 3-Speed Furnace Blower Motor. It is designed to the replace Old GE Carrier/Bryant/Payne 2-Speed BLOWER MOTOR with part #s HC45AE211 (also HC45AE211A) and 5KCP39NGR556S (works in all the Carrier/Bryant furnaces listed below) The motor is 3/4 HP 208-230 volt 1050 RPM. The motor is 5 5/8" in diameter (Frame 48Y). Rotation is reversible. Thanks for looking and good luck!
Function:
An electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. In an HVAC system, motors typically turn the air conditioning fan blade and the furnace blower motor.
