The Part # is B12250-17 (also L30-120000-0GD) which replaces old Carrier/Bryant/Payne part #s 38AQ680009 42330007 & 685371-01. L30-12 used on V1-V12 24 VOLT 50/60 HZ 6/4W E100 04-08.
