Description
This is a BRAND NEW OEM Carrier/Bryant/Payne Furnace Squirrel Cage / Blower Wheel. It's 5.75 " in diameter and 5.5" tall with a 1/2" bore. If the set screw is facing up (as in the picture) it rotates Counter-Clockwise (CCW). The center wall of the wheel is Flat with no indentation either way. Thanks for looking and good luck!
Function:
An electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. In an HVAC system, motors typically turn the air conditioning fan blade and the furnace blower motor. Newer high efficient motors, such as X13 and ECM motors, have "end caps" that control the motor speeds. These can be removed and replaced separately.
