This is a Brand New OEM Upgraded Source1 Furnace Igniter. Source1 is the OEM source for all parts used in York, Coleman, Evcon, and Luxaire HVAC equipment. This igniter is designed for Mobile and Modular Home furnaces and has long fire-proof leads so that the flame does not destroy the wires. Simply unplug yours and plug this one in. It is an OEM replacement for the old part numbers listed below.
Function:
The purpose of an ignitor is to ignite the gas after the gas valve opens up. It most cases, the ignitor turns off after ignition has occurred.
