This is a Brand New OEM Upgraded Source1 Furnace Heat Sequencer. Source1 is the OEM source for all parts used in York, Coleman, Evcon, and Luxaire HVAC equipment. The sequencer has a 24 volt coil. It is an OEM replacement for the old part numbers listed below.
Function:
Relays are switches that open and close circuits electrically. In most HVAC equipment a low voltage coil relay (24 vac) is energized in order to open or close a higher voltage (usually 120-240) circuit.
