Description
This is a Brand New OEM Upgraded Source1 Furnace Pilot Assembly. Source1 is the OEM source for all parts used in York, Coleman, Evcon, and Luxaire HVAC equipment. This Pilot Assembly fits most all older Coleman Mobile Home Gas furnaces. It includes bracket a .016 pilot orifice (natural gas), flame shield, thermocouple clip, & compression nut. It is used in both natural gas and propane (lp) appliances. If your using this on an LP gas furnace you will need to replace the pilot orifice with a LP pilot orifice. It is an OEM replacement for the old part numbers listed below.
Function:
The purpose of an ignitor is to ignite the gas after the gas valve opens up. It most cases, the ignitor turns off after ignition has occurred.
