This is a BRAND NEW GE Carrier/Bryant/Payne FAN MOTOR. The part # is HC38GE222 (also HC38GE222A). The Ge Part # is 5KCP39KFU616S. It's 1/5 HP 208-230v 810 RPM. The motor is 5 5/8" in diameter (Frame 48Y). The shaft extends 2.5" out of the motor. If the shaft is facing up (as seen in the picture) the rotation is counter clockwise. Function:
