Description
This is a BRAND NEW OEM Honeywell 24 volt furnace Smart Gas Valve.The Honeywell Part # is SV9602P4832. The valve has an 3/4" inlet and a 3/4" outlet but comes with 2 3/4"x1/2" reduces (pictured) in case needed. It is set up for LP Gas only. There are two four-pin wiring plug terminals on top. Function:
The gas valve is a low voltage control (usually 24 VAC) that allow gas into the combustion chamber. It is also an adjustable regulator that insures proper gas pressure for combustion. They have a manual shut off.
