This is a BRAND NEW OEM Honeywell Furnace Air Pressure Switch. The Part # is IS20101-6126 (also 638252). The pressure rating is 0.15" wc and it has two wiring terminals and two hose ports.
Function:
An air switch is safety designed to ensure that your inducer motor is running at the proper RPM, and creating the proper vacuum for your furnace to flue safely.

    I couldn't find an exact replacement for the old switch but this switch had the same setpoint. Only the mounting was slightly different and I was able to modify by cutting off one plastic mounting ear and using the original bracket. The description was a bit confusing as the catalog spec indicated "0.15 inch wc" but the product was actually "-0.15 inch wc" since only a negative pressure tap is provided on the switch. This was fortunate as I needed exactly the setpoint this switch provided. The switch was suitable for the application and resolved my problem. Delivery was within the committed time frame.
