Description
This is an Anti-Short Cycle Delay Timer Relay Board. It replaces the obsolete Intertherm/Nordyne/Miller # 621586 (also 621-586C & 914096). You will receive the black board, which replaces the board shown in the second photo. This board protects your unit from short-cycling and burning up costly components.
Wiring Instructions:
Old Board Terminal 1 goes to New Board Terminal 3
Old Board Terminal 2 goes to New Board Terminal 1
Old Board Terminal 3 goes to New Board Terminal 2
*Note: The old board has 2 wires on terminal 3. The new board has 2 terminals. These two wires can attach to either (or both) of the two terminals on the terminal 2 of the new board.
Function:
The control board is the "brain" of your unit, coordinating and executing the operation of other various components by sending voltage when and where needed. A control board is constantly monitoring sensors and safety switches in the unit.
