This is a Brand New-in-the-Box Braeburn Digital 5/2 Programmable Thermostat. It is the Braeburn 2000NC model which is designed to work with Air Condition and Gas/Electric Heat. If you have a Heat Pump, then this will only work for you if you live in a climate where you do not need back up heat! If you have a heat pump with back up heat then this will NOT work for you.
