This is a BRAND NEW OEM Aprilaire Humidifier Motor Gasket. Aprilaire part # 4031 (or AP-4031). Also known as "Cork Isolator". Is placed between fan motor and bridge to isolate motor vibration. Now a rubber gasket rather than a cork gasket.Thanks for looking and good luck!
