This is a BRAND NEW OEM Emerson ICP/Heil/Tempstar/Comfort Maker Condenser FAN MOTOR. The part # is 1086585 (or HQ1086485). & Emerson # K48HXFCN-3727. It's 1/8 HP 208-230v 1075 RPM! The motor is 5" in diameter (Frame 42Y)- not 5 5/8" in diameter. The shaft extends 2" out of the motor. The motor has a 3 wires going into a plastic plug- you can use or cut off the plug. Function:
