This is a BRAND NEW OEM Rheem/Weather King/Corsaire/RUUD 3 Speed Protech Blower Motor. It is designed by Rheem/Ruud to replace many older motors. The Hose Power range is 1/3-1/5 depending on how you wire it. The Rheem/Weather King/Corsaire/RUUD part number is 51-23013-31 (OEM Replacement for many older part numbers) and the Emerson Model is K55HXEYJ-7562. This motor is 5 5/8" in diameter (Frame 48Y) and has a wiring diagram on the side of the motor. The rotation is reversible and the shaft extends out of the motor 5". The motor you are purchasing is brand new. When installing a new motor the motor manufactures highly recommend that you install a new capacitor at the same time. Old capacitors can become weak over time and have a negative effect on the new motor. We have the capacitors that go with this motor in our store.
