This is a BRAND NEW Universal Honeywell Electronic Ignition Gas Valve. It's designed to replace most Gas Valves used in Electronic Ignition Furnaces. This valve is designed to replace Honeywell part #s VR8305H4039 & VR8305H 4039. The valve is set up for NAT Gas but comes with an LP Conversion Kit. It also comes with wiring diagram in case needed. Function:
The gas valve is a low voltage control (usually 24 VAC) that allow gas into the combustion chamber. It is also an adjustable regulator that insures proper gas pressure for combustion. They have a manual shut off.
