Description
This is a BRAND NEW OEM White Rodgers Standing Pilot furnace Gas Valve.The White Rodgers # is 36C21 411. The valve has an 3/4" inlet and a 3/4" outlet but comes with two reducers so that you can reduced either or both ends to 1/2". The valve is currently set up for NAT gas.
Function:
The gas valve is a low voltage control (usually 24 VAC) that allow gas into the combustion chamber. It is also an adjustable regulator that insures proper gas pressure for combustion. They have a manual shut off.
