This is a BRAND NEW Carrier/Bryant/Payne/ICP/Heil/Tempstar/Comfort Maker/Sears/Arcoaire/Snyder General Condenser FAN MOTOR. The Carrier/Bryant/Payne part # is HC37GE233 (Also HC37GE233A). The Genteq Part # is 5KCP39KFT381S. It's 1/5 HP 208-230v 825 RPM. The motor is 5 5/8" in diameter (Frame 48Y). The shaft extends 1.5" out of the motor. If the shaft is facing up (as seen in the picture) rotation would be counter clockwise. The motor has a 3 wires. Thanks for looking and good luck!
