This is a BRAND NEW GE Carrier/Bryant/Payne 4-Speed BLOWER MOTOR (& Capacitor). The part # is HC45AE114 (also HC41AE114A)! The Ge Part # is 5KCP39PGBA01AS. It's 115 volt 935 RPM. The motor is 5 5/8" in diameter (Frame 48Y). The shaft extends 4" out of the motor. The motor has 4 speed wires 2 capacitor wires 1 common and 1 ground.
