This is a BRAND NEW GE ICP/Heil/Tempstar/Comfort Maker FAN MOTOR. The part # is HC35GZ004A (also 1172211). The Ge Part # is 5KCP39CGZ319S. It's 1/8 HP 208-230v and 1075 RPM. The motor is 5 5/8" in diameter (Frame 48Y). The shaft extends 2.16" out of the motor. The motor has a 3 wires and if the shaft is facing UP the rotation is counter clockwise.
