This is a BRAND NEW GE Air Conditioning Fan Motor. It's 1/4 HP 200-230 volts 1075 RPM. The GE/Genteq part number is 5KCP29JCA107S.The Trane Part # is MOT08805 (also D151270P01 & X70671625017). If the shaft is facing up the motor spins Clock-Wise! It takes a 7.5 uf Capacitor rated at 370 volts.
Function:
An electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. In an HVAC system, motors typically turn the air conditioning fan blade and the furnace blower motor.
