This is a BRAND NEW Universal Adjustable Anti-Short Cycle Time Delay Relay with Part # ICM206 (also ICM206B)- Made in theUSA! It is a Delay on Break relay which means that whenever the power is turned off the relay will time between 3 and 10 minutes before allowing voltage to pass through it again.
