This is a new Top Quality Aftermarket Furnace Inducer Exhaust Motor. The inducer is designed to replaace old York/Coleman/Luxaire Part #s 324-25960-000 & S1-32425960000. The motor is 1/25 HP and 115 volt. The wiring plug on this motor may have to be cut off to wire in when replacing some older inducers.
Function:
An inducer motor is designed to expel the exhaust gas from the furnace. Older inefficient furnaces allowed the flue gas to escape the unit with virtually no resistance. Newer high efficient furnace heat exchangers are so restrictive that the flue gases cannot exit the furnace though €œnatural draft€. Therefore, the inducer is required to pull the flue gases through the heat exchanger. The inducer motor is usually the first thing that starts up when your furnace calls for heat.

    The product was as expected and arrived two days early, very pleased with the process and the exact replacement for my older York furnace!!!

    We had them delivery this piece to us twice. The first time the box had four holes in it and the piece was broke. They worked fast at getting us another piece, but when that piece came, the box had 3 holes in it. Thankfully the piece itself wasn't broken this time, and my husband installed it and it worked just fine. I'd give a 5 star but with the boxes having holes it, I gave you guys a 4 for it.
