This is a NEW Climatek replacement for Dormont Deluxe Gas Hose Connector Kit. It is most commonly used in movable commercial cooking applicnaces. This Kit Infludes the following: 3/4" ID Gas Hose with NSF PVC coating x 48" Length, 3/4" GAS SWIVEL, (2PC-3/4" Street Elbow), 3/4" Gas Quick Disconnect, 30" Restraining Kit, 3/4" Full Port Gas Ball-Valve. Everything Shown in the photo is included!
Function:
The gas valve is a low voltage control (usually 24 VAC) that allow gas into the combustion chamber. It is also an adjustable regulator that insures proper gas pressure for combustion. They have a manual shut off.
