My AC went out and had a service company make a service call. They diagnosed problem as a bad Defrost Control board. They then gave my wife several repair options with the lowest costing $713 which they called a "band-aid" repair. And the most expensive option was $2400. The tech told my wife that he tried to find the board but could not. I told her to pay the $78 service call fee and send him on his way. I was able to find a couple of identical boards on e-bay but they were used. I found a new replacement board that was slightly different but a direct replacement for my old one with your company. I ordered it and it arrived in a few days. I replaced the board myself and the total cost of the board and the previously mentioned service call was $153 and 30 minutes of my time. AC fixed and running good. Thanks so much.
