This is a BRAND NEW Honeywell Electric Heat Thermostat. This Thermostat is used on Electric baseboards, convectors and fan forced heaters (resistive rated loads). It is rated at 120/208/240/277 and has a temperature range of 40 F to 80 F. It replaces the old part numbers listed below.
Function:
A thermostat senses the air temperature in a room and has the ability to turn on the furnace or air conditioner based upon that temperature. Modern thermostats are usually digital, often programmable, and occasionally WI-Fi capable.
