This is a Brand New-in-the-Box ICM Controls Simple Comfort Single Stage Heating/Cooling Thermostat (1H/1C). The ICM Controls part # is SC1001 (also 1001). This thermostat can handle AC with Gas or Electric Heat -or a heat pump without backup heat. This thermostat has wiring terminals RCWYBO & G. Thanks for looking and good luck!
