Description
This is a BRAND NEW OEM Carrier/Bryant/Payne furnace Gas Valve . It's designed for HOT SURFACE IGNITION and it is a direct replacement for part #s EF32CB201 EF32CB201A EF32CW031 & EF32CW031A. (Valve has an updated look from the old White Rodgers look but is the direct replacement!) The valve has an 1/2" inlet and a 1/2" outlet. The valve is currently set up for NAT gas. Function:
The gas valve is a low voltage control (usually 24 VAC) that allow gas into the combustion chamber. It is also an adjustable regulator that insures proper gas pressure for combustion. They have a manual shut off.
