This is a new Gas Furnace HSI (Hot Surface Ignitor). This listing is only for the ignitor no hardware/adapter pieces (see the OEM product in our store for the full kit which you may or may not need). It replaces the York/Coleman/Luxaire part #s listed below.
Function:
The purpose of an ignitor is to ignite the gas after the gas valve opens up. It most cases, the ignitor turns off after ignition has occurred.
