This is a BRAND NEW GE Carrier/Bryant/Payne FAN MOTOR. The part # is HC35GE237A (also replaces all the Carrier #s listed below)! The Ge Genteq Part # is K5CP39DFS773S. It's 1/8 HP 208-230v 825 RPM. The motor is 5 5/8" in diameter (Frame 48Y). The shaft extends 1.75" out of the motor. The motor has three wires. Thanks for looking and good luck!

    I had a faulty fan motor. Saw that NorthAmericaVAC carried the motor I needed. Saw that the part was already prepped to ship through FedEx less than an hour from my purchase. Product came in and replaced faulty motor. Couldn't be happier with the while experience.
