Description

This is a BRAND NEW OEM Honeywell furnace Smart Gas Valve.The Honeywell Part # is SV9520H8513. The valve also comes with an LP Kit to convert the valve for LP gas if needed. There are three wiring plug terminals on top. Thanks for looking and good luck!
 
Function:
The gas valve is a low voltage control (usually 24 VAC) that allow gas into the combustion chamber. It is also an adjustable regulator that insures proper gas pressure for combustion. They have a manual shut off.

    This was a direct replacement for a furnace gas valve that was 20 years old. North America's price was 1/2 of other new valves I found. If it lasts 20 more years....I doubt the furnace will....it will become a great value.
