This is a BRAND NEW Carrier/Bryant/Payne/ICP/Heil/Tempstar/CMaker/Kenmore furnace Heating Element Fan Relay Control Circuit Board. The part # is 1005229 (also HQ1005229WA & BC-1526-AA) The Zettler model # is AZ2100-1C-24DEF. Thanks for looking and good luck!
Function:

    I found this company when searching for a fan control. They only do messages which I don’t care for, told them the part number I had and they cross referenced it for me. It showed up on the day they said it would. I hooked it up and I had to adjust the fan timer. Simple, fast and easy!!
