The Carrier/Bryant/Payne Part # is EF660013 (also EF32CW210- White Rodgers # is 36J24-618) which is a kit that includes a Gas Valve LP Kit Instructions and a couple brass adapters you may or may not need.Replaces old Carrier # EF32CW206. Function:
The gas valve is a low voltage control (usually 24 VAC) that allow gas into the combustion chamber. It is also an adjustable regulator that insures proper gas pressure for combustion. They have a manual shut off.
