good quality board but shipping could of been better

This Rheem board was shipped in a padded envelope rather than the normal box. And the factory carton for the board was smashed down as the picture shows but the board didn’t appear damaged. The padded envelope was stuffed in my curbside mailbox and the envelope was not sealed closed and had pushed open and should have been taped. I paid extra for advantage shipping so I wasn’t impressed with how it was packaged.

I purchased this circuit board for one of my customers. The old original board had the blower motor stuck on with the heat speed and this new board corrected the problem. I first made sure no limit switches were stuck open as this sometimes will cause a board to stick on the blower.

This is not an easy board to replace and I recommend switching the wires one at a time. On the new board the terminals on the two fan relays had no markings for “common”, “NC”, and “NO” like was on the original board and the relays on the new board were a different design. But I was able to confirm the terminal designation with my ohm meter. And one of these relays had only two terminals so the wire orientation didn’t matter for that relay. Some wire terminals appeared stuck on the old board but I used a small screwdriver to pry up the terminal as I pulled on the terminal.
