This is a BRAND NEW Gas Furnace 2-Stage Air Pressure Switch. It is designed to replace the old Trane/American Standard Part #s listed below. The pressure rating on the high switch is 0.50" W/C and the low switch is 0.17" W/C. Each switch has two wiring terminals. Only one air switch hose attaches to this switch assembly.
Function:
An air switch is safety designed to ensure that your inducer motor is running at the proper RPM, and creating the proper vacuum for your furnace to flue safely.

    Pressure switch arrived far earlier than expected. I was reading how the USPS was going to be slower. 3 days shipping couldn't be any better.

    It works great. The dual design is brilliant.

    The small form makes for easy fitting.

    The cost was fine, especially when you get two switches ( hi and low) for the price of one.

    In other words I am more than pleased.
