This is a Brand New Control Circuit Tester. The LI'L LIL POPPER (POP5) Breaker is rated at 5 AMPs and is used with 24 Volt. It has a reset button rather than a one time blow fuse. You can hook it into series with the low voltage system while trouble shooting in order to not blow fuses. Thanks for looking and good luck!
