Description
This is a BRAND NEW Universal Honeywell Single stage standing pilot gas control valve. The valve and has an 3/4" inlet and a 3/4" outlet that can be reduced to 1/2" or 3/8" with the included bushings. This Valve can be used with Natural Gas only. It replaces the old Alpha Tafco part numbers listed below.
Function:
The gas valve is a low voltage control (usually 24 VAC) that allow gas into the combustion chamber. It is also an adjustable regulator that insures proper gas pressure for combustion. They have a manual shut off.
