This is a BRAND NEW OEM Carrier/Bryant/Payne/Heil/ICP/Tempstar FAN MOTOR. The Carrier/Bryant part # is HC37GQ228 and the ICP/Heil/Tempstar # is1184703. It's 1/5 HP 208-230v 810 RPM! The motor is 5 5/8" in diameter (Frame 48Y). If the motor is sitting w/shaft up (as in the picture) rotation is counter clockwise. The shaft extends 2.5" out of the motor. The motor has three wires. Function:
