The Part # is B12250-17 (also L30-120000-0GD) which replaces old ICP/Heil/Tempstar/Comfort Maker part # L30-120000-0CA. L30-12 used on V1-V12 24 VOLT 50/60 HZ 6/4W E100 04-08.
