This is a Brand New Schrader Valve Core Removal Tool. With this tool you can remove the shrader valve and either vacuum/recover the system or simply put a new schrader valve in without ever losing any fluids/gases! Once you've removed the shrader using the black handle simply pull it back and lock the blue ball valve. Then remove the schrader from the back of the tool and insert new one!
