Description
This is a BRAND NEW Cork Screw (Spiral) Gas Furnace HSI (Hot Surface Ignitor). Simply unplug yours and plug this one in! This Ignitor works on many Nordyne gas furnaces. There are three wiring adapters that come with this Ignitor making it Universal to basically any Furnace out there with a Spiral Ignitor (with the exception of some Interterm. If you have a Interterm please check with us before purchasing- check out my store for Intertherm spiral Ignitors).
Function:
The purpose of an ignitor is to ignite the gas after the gas valve opens up. It most cases, the ignitor turns off after ignition has occurred.
