This single phase motor is rated at?á1/4 HP, 460v and?á1100 RPM.?á?áThe motor is 5 5/8" in diameter (Frame 48Y).?á The shaft extends 1.5" out of the motor.?á?áIf the shaft is?áfacing up (as seen in the picture), the rotation is counter clockwise.?á Motor uses a?á5 uf 370 volt capacitor.?á it replaces the old part numbers listed below.
Function:
An electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. In an HVAC system, motors typically turn the air conditioning fan blade and the furnace blower motor.
