Description
This is a BRAND NEW OEM Honeywell furnace Smart Gas Valve.The Honeywell Part # is SV9501M8129. The valve also comes with an LP Kit to convert the valve for LP gas if needed. There are two wiring plug terminals on top. The gas inlet is at a 90 degree angel on this gas valve as seen in the picture. Thanks for looking and good luck!
Function:
The gas valve is a low voltage control (usually 24 VAC) that allow gas into the combustion chamber. It is also an adjustable regulator that insures proper gas pressure for combustion. They have a manual shut off.
