This is a brand new OEM Reznor upgraded Furnace Ignitor Igniter Pilot Assembly. It is a direct replacement for Reznor. It replaces the part numbers listed below.
Function:
The purpose of an ignitor is to ignite the gas after the gas valve opens up. It most cases, the ignitor turns off after ignition has occurred.
