This is a New Packard Titan HD (Made in the USA) Motor Run Capacitor. This dual capacitor is rated at 35+5 MFD/uF, 370 Volt and is round. It replaces the old part numbers listed below.
Function:
A capacitor gives a motor a boost to get it up and running. Start capacitors help a motor/compressor get started, while run capacitors help a motor/compressor get started and run.
