This is a BRAND NEW Drop In X13 ClimaTek Replacement Furnace Motor designed for Trane/American Standard. It's 1 HP & 208-230 volt. This motor requires no new wiring no field programming and no complicated installations. Simply unplug the wiring harness on your old motor and plug it into this one! The motor is 5 5/8" in diameter (Frame 48Y). It comes with a 2 year manufacturer warranty. It replaces the old part numbers listed below.
Function:
An electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. In an HVAC system, motors typically turn the air conditioning fan blade and the furnace blower motor. Newer high efficient motors, such as X13 and ECM motors, have "end caps" that control the motor speeds. These can be removed and replaced separately.
