The right part and Great Customer Support

Posted by Dan Smith on 26th Oct 2022 19:10

I ordered this part and it worked perfectly as a replacement for an older board that was in our furnace. Had an issue with shipping due to being having my order email hacked. Customer support via texting back and forth helped we through the verification process and shipping the correct part went smooth. They were very helpful and corresponded quickly until the issue was resolved. Thank you!

    Furnace Controller

    Posted by AK_Griz on 30th Sep 2022 17:39

My igniter wasn't getting power so I found my 30 year old controller was bad. New circuit board arrived, all I had to do was drill 3 new mounting holes in the area where the old controller was and push/snap it in place. Then simply put the colored wire wires back to same contoller functions. Take a photo or write on the cables with a sharpie. Powered up furnace and after timers were met, i hear a click and my igniter started to glow and then my furnace lights. This saved me a potentially costly hvac tech visit. Highly recommend.

Easy to follow step by step replacement except that you have to drill new holes to mount this board.
