Description

This is a Brand New Aftermarket Direct Replacement Condenser Fan Motor. The motor is 1/6 HP, 208-230 volt, and 1500 RPM. The shaft 5/8" in diameter and if it is facing up (as seen in the photo), the rotation is counter-clockwise. It is a direct replacement for the Carrier/Bryant/Payne part #s listed below.
Function:
An electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. In an HVAC system, motors typically turn the air conditioning fan blade and the furnace blower motor. Newer high efficient motors, such as X13 and ECM motors, have "end caps" that control the motor speeds. These can be removed and replaced separately.

    Good fan motor. Looks a lot beefier than the one that I replaced and has a couple of design improvements. Most importantly, it works and was relatively easy to replace.

    Easy to install, eliminated the high pitched noise the old motor was making. Make sure you get a fan puller if your unit is old.

    Have not installed yet, communication was poor, but they did get it delivered (finally)!
